Regeneratively Grown Veggies

This week we are expecting to harvest and have available at the farm store:

*Green beans - field run - $3/lb or 1 bushel (~20 lbs) for $40

*Red-skinned new potatoes - $2/pound

*Carrots - $2.50/pound

*Cabbage - $3/head

*Purple daikon radish - $3/pound

*Kohlrabi - $3/lb

*Kale - curly and dinosaur - $4/bag

*Collards - $3/bag

*Fresh sweet onions - $1 each

*Yellow squash - 90¢ each

*Zucchini - 90¢ each

*Cucumbers - 75¢ each (bulk not available yet)

*Cantaloupe - $6 each

*Tomatoes - some red, some green - $3/pound

Dry Goods

You can find everything from organic dried beans and rice to dried mango, peanut butter, jelly, corn syrup, vanilla, all the spices, cane sugar, flour, grass-fed butter, and lots more!

Pasture-Raised Pork
Raised on pasture supplemented with non-GMO feed and processed at Fischer's Meat Market in Muenster, TX.  Right now, in the freezers you will find:

*Pork chops - $7.75/lb

*Boston butt shoulder roast - $7.75/lb

*Spare ribs - $5.75/lb

*Ground pork - $7.75/lb

*Unsmoked German brand sausage spirals - $10.50/lb

*Fully cooked smoked sausage links - $11.50/lb

*Cooked bratwurst - $11.50/lb

*Breakfast sausage - $8.25/lb

*Smoked bacon (without pepper) - $15.25/lb

*Smoked ham hocks - $9.00/lb

Grass-Fed Beef
Thanks to all of our wonderful customers, we are sold out of beef.  Our next set of steers has a date with the butcher very soon.  We expect to have beef back in the freezers mid-June.

Elderberry Syrup
Made by our neighbor in Roberta, Britney’s Country Kitchen, this syrup has all the things to naturally give your immune system a delicious boost!

Microgreens
Grown by Dustin Reid in Blue at his Southern Sprouts farm, microgreens are a great addition to salads or sandwiches and are a great healthy snack!

Local Honey

Harvested from hives on this farm or Evan’s parents’ farm just south of Durant.

B’s Baking Fresh Bread

Sourdough and other loaves baked fresh by our local baker.  

Faithfully Fermented Fresh Bread

Traditional sourdough loaves with or without additions as well as cinnamon rolls baked fresh by our local baker.
