Regeneratively Grown Veggies

This week we are expecting to harvest and have available at the farm store:

*Cantaloupe - $6 each

*Very few tomatoes - $3/pound

*Cucumbers - 60¢ each or $1.75/pound for 10 pounds

*Yellow or red onions - $1 each

*Yellow squash - 90¢ each or $1.75/pound for 10+ pounds

*Zucchini - 90¢ each or $1/pound for 10+ pounds

*Garlic - $1.50/head

*Okra - $4.50/pound

FYI: There are a lot more peppers in a pound than you might think.

*Red and yellow Italian sweet peppers - $6.50/pound

*Banana peppers - mild or spicy - $4.75/pound

*Bell peppers - $5/pound

*Jalapeno peppers - $6/pound

Dry Goods

You can find everything from organic dried beans and rice to dried mango, peanut butter, jelly, corn syrup, vanilla, all the spices, cane sugar, flour, grass-fed butter, and lots more!

Pasture-Raised Pork
Raised on pasture supplemented with non-GMO feed and processed at Fischer's Meat Market in Muenster, TX.  Right now, in the freezers you will find:

Elderberry Syrup
Made by our neighbor in Roberta, Britney’s Country Kitchen, this syrup has all the things to naturally give your immune system a delicious boost!

Microgreens
Grown by Dustin Reid in Blue at his Southern Sprouts farm, microgreens are a great addition to salads or sandwiches and are a great healthy snack!  Dustin is harvesting radish, sunflower, cabbage, and kohlrabi this week.

Local Honey

Harvested from hives on this farm or Evan’s parents’ farm just south of Durant.

B’s Baking Fresh Bread

Sourdough, honey wheat, Italian, and focaccia loaves baked fresh by our local baker.
