Organic Veggies

This week we are expecting to harvest and have available at the farm store:

*Okra - $4.50/lb - bulk price (5+ pounds): $4/pound

*Yellow squash - 90¢ each

*Zucchini - 90¢ each

*Tomatoes - $3/lb

*Kennebec (white-skinned) potatoes - $2/lb

*Bell peppers - $5/lb

*Jalapeño peppers - $6/lb

*Italian sweet peppers - $6.50/pound

*Garlic - $6/pound

**Note:  We had a cucumber crop loss and do not expect more until August.

Pasture-Raised Pork
Raised on organic pasture supplemented with non-GMO feed and processed at Fischer's Meat Market in Muenster, TX.  Thanks to all of you, are pork freezer is empty right now.  We plan to have more hogs butchered and refill the freezer in early October.

Grass-Fed Beef
Raised on organic pasture.  No grain, antibiotics, growth hormones, etc.  Processed at Fischer's Meat Market in Muenster, TX.  In the freezers right now you will find:

Microgreens
Grown by Dustin Reid in Blue at his Southern Sprouts farm, microgreens are a great addition to salads or sandwiches and are a great healthy snack!
